I help business owners build a business that keeps running when they’re not there, so they can take a real break, and one day sell it on their terms.

Talks a host can use

What Esther can talk about.

Each one is a conversation a host can slot into a show. Pick the one that fits the room.

Is Your Business Sellable?

Most owners think their business is worth what it makes. A buyer thinks it is worth what keeps working after the owner leaves. Esther shows the five places a business secretly needs its owner, and what to do about each one.

What Breaks First When You Leave?

If you disappeared for 30 days, what would fall apart? The phone? The team? The money? This talk walks the room through that question, live, and most owners find the answer harder than they expected.

Everyone Asks You First

Your employees are good. They still wait for you before they move. This talk is about why that keeps happening, why hiring more people does not fix it, and how to let your team make decisions without you in the room.

Who Gets This When You’re Done?

You built this so your family would have something. But if you handed it to your kids tomorrow, could they run it? This talk is about the difference between leaving your family a business and leaving them a job they never asked for.

Build the Exit Before You Need It

Most owners only think about leaving when they are sick, tired, or out of time. By then it is too late to get a good deal. This talk is about getting ready early, so when the day comes, you choose how it ends.

The gift

Esther arrives bearing a gift for the room.

Everyone in the room gets the S2Q Exit Score as a gift. It takes about fifteen minutes. A few honest questions, and you see exactly which parts of your business need you and which parts could run without you tomorrow.

Owners who finish the Score earn a seat in the VIP Six. It is a small online room, six owners, a couple of hours. We take one thing that is holding your business hostage and we fix it together, right there. No charge to be in the room.

The host gets to give that gift. The Score is agreed before the appearance, so Esther is not hoping to steer a conversation toward it. It is already the deal.

The book

Is Your Business Sellable?

Esther Tsedey is known as the Exit Queen. She helps business owners build a business that keeps running when they are not there.

Esther has acquired, operated, and exited businesses herself, and has spent years studying them from the buyer’s side of the table. She knows what a buyer sees.

Then she watched her own father sell the business he spent his whole life building for a fraction of what it was worth. He did everything right. It still could not run without him.

So she switched sides. Now she helps owners build the fix before they need it. She has been on NBC and wrote the book Is Your Business Sellable?
