What is the Handover Room?
A live monthly room where future owners meet owners in Calgary and across Alberta who are ready to step away. Owners come as guests. Buyers hold a seat and are trained to take over the right way.
How do I get a seat?
Start with the masterclass, then apply. Seats are offered one to one to buyers who are ready to take the next step, and the details are shared in that conversation.
Do business owners pay to be in the room?
No. Owners are invited as Exit Queen's guests after they take the S2Q Exit Score. Owners pay only if they choose paid work, such as having a key role captured so the company can run without them.
Will I be matched with a business to buy?
Exit Queen creates the room and the method; it does not promise a match or a purchase. Buyers and owners choose each other. When a pair decides to move forward, each side brings its own lawyer and accountant to agree the terms.
What is knowledge extraction, and is it paid?
Knowledge extraction is capturing how a key role in a business really works, including the judgment behind it, so someone else can run it. Your first certification teaches it. When an owner books a full extraction, the certified buyer who completes it is paid for the work. Paid work depends on what owners request, so no income is promised.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Everyone in the house signs a two-way non-disclosure agreement before seeing inside any owner's business.
